Workout week 2 |Fitness journey | 


Hello readers! 

I hope you all had a great week and wonderful weekend, I know I did. 

I spent my time cleaning up our yard and trying to keep myself busy and on the go. Last week I had very minimal back pain (if any at all) so I have been doing way more than I was a few weeks ago. Luckily I have amazing friends who have made and sent me pain relief mixures of essential oils that I use daily to help and control pain. I have become so interested and such a firm believer in essential oils and their benefits! Sometime soon I will probably be a crazy oil lady haha. 

Anyways, I just ended my second week of working out and I have never felt better in my life! I am doing good of keeping and maintaining my weight which has always been a struggle along with powering through workouts 4-5 days a week! Body pain is gone, headaches are gone and I am not having anxiety at all so I honestly feel like a new woman! 

I am seeing and beginning to feel physical changes in my body and I could not be more excited! I am fitting into jeans very well and filling them out in places I never have! I have been making changes in what I eat as well and that has helped so much. I am trying to continue my fitness journey without completely cutting out foods because I am not exactly trying to lose weight but tons and build muscle. 

I use  BPI Sports Best Aminos with ice cold water  as pre- workout (muscle recovery) and Muscle Milk (32g Protein) with 8oz of Milk after each workout. I get both of these products at our local Walmart and so far I really like them! 

Operation no more mom bod is still in action and coming in HOT!!!! Stay tuned for my next fitness update and monthly progression pictures!
