My first week of Workout/ Training. 


-Happy Monday- 

A week ago I took the plung and decided that NOW is the time to begin my fitness journey and I am so happy that I did. 

I have always had a fear of workouts/ gyms and being judged because lets face it, when you are thin/small people belittle your fitness goals. At the same time I kind of just got to a point where I thought you know what f**k it either way people are gonna hate on it but at least I will be reaching my goals for ME! 

My weight is the highest (non pregnancy) and I seem to be maintaining it well these days. I am not jumping into a diet or completely changing my daily eating habits but I am taking baby steps into having a healthier lifestyle. 

Not only am I enjoying working out but my health has improved so much as well. My anxiety is hardly even noticeable, I am able to sleep with no sleep aid and my headaches and back pain has been reduced 95% along with the help of essential oils. 

I can not wait to take weekly/monthly progress photos and see changes in my body and feel better about my physical appearance. My advice to you if you have been procrastinating working out, just DO IT! Take that leap and do it for you!
