Hello everyone and how excited are we to be at the brink of a new year!!!! I know I have some pretty good and realistic goals for 2018. I will take my goals step by step bug I am more than excited to push myself and reach every goal!
A quick recap of my 2017
I took time off of working (cashiering) to focus on myself, my health and my little family and it was the best decision I could have made. Due to endless doctor visits, ER stays and misdiagnosis I finally got my answer, I have a bladder syndrome called Interstitial Cystitis. Since then I have been able to rest on my worst days, cook dinner, and spent time with everyone that I love the most. I will always be forever thankful for my husband for helping me get to where I am today.
I decided to begin blogging and it quickly led me to a passion and dream I didn’t even know I had! Now, I am officially a new Photographer and I am so blessed to see everyone who likes my photos and is cheering me on! Everything fell into place so quickly and I am just so excited to keep going forward.
I went on a beautiful Family Vacation to Red River, New Mexico where we learned how to ski and spend our first day in a real “snowy day” magical wonderland! View my previous posts to view my take on our Vacation.
I found who I am as a individual and I am learning to love myself. I spent my whole life in a horrible place mentally and I am so happy that I made the choices that I did to get me to where I am today. I am currently at the healthiest place I have ever been and I am so thrilled to be at the highest weight (nonprengnancy) and I have a clear, cheerful mind!
- Focus on my Physical and mental health and achieve goals that used to be impossible.
- Hobbies- crafting, creative things, drawing etc.
- Be myself 100% and not care what others think
- Read read read
- Practice with makeup 3 times a week
- Up my Instagram content.
- Let go of the past and all the painful memories
- Love more.
- Be a better wife/ mother.
- Let go of negative people and hold on to those who support me.
I am so excited for a New Year and all of the possibilities that we have in front of us all. I hope everyone is looking forward to goals no matter how big or small! I would love to chat with you all and hear what you have as goals as well! I will be back very soon!
New Photography, vlogs and blogs coming very soon. I can not wait to show you all what I have planned for 2018! Cheers

Hey everyone, is it just me or is Christmas sneaking up way too fast! My husband and I bit the bullet yesterday and went Christmas shopping so that leaves me with 24 hours to wrap them all while I have the time!
Tomorrow the kids get out of school early and I have sessions booked all weekend so lets see if I survive! I woke up yesterday feeling horrible and it isn’t over yet, it is just getting started unfortunately.
Anywho, I have always just rushed wrapping gifts and they would come out horrible. This year I wanted my personality to show through my gift wrapping so I went simple, indie/ Boho and adorable!
A few cute name tags, ribbon and simple wrapping paper later this is how they turned out! I don’t know about you but I LOVE it!!!!! Although we didn’t go “all out” like we usually do for our children due to an amazing and much needed vacation, I think they will still be so happy!
The only thing that kind of ruined my wrapping was the scotch tape…. I didn’t get the clear kind ( ugh I know) but all in all I think they are so cute! I can not wait to finish wrapping gifts and for it to be Christmas!
New Photography will be up in a few days and I am so excited to have so many bookings. I feel like this is the best place I have been in my life and I am not afraid to be who I am and let my personality shine through everything I do.
Comments are more than welcome and please give this a like if you enjoyed it! I am cleaning then back to bed for this sick momma! If you haven’t already, be sure to follow my Instagram and be sure to send me a message and tell me you are from WordPress so we can connect and get to know one another.
As always, thanks for reading and I hope you follow my blog.
As you guys have gathered, we just had a week vacation in New Mexico and it was amazing! I feel so amazing as a parent being able to make such timeless memories with my family! Everything about Red River, New Mexico is beautiful! I have never seen such a fascinating and enchanting place in my life!
I mean, it does not get anymore beautiful than this right? I wish that we could sell our house and pack up and leave like yesterday! Lol
The towns are little villages where everyone is so sweet and friendly and there is no stop lights! We couldn’t believe it! Everyone stops for the Mule Deere that walk freely among the town. You can stop and feed the deer and ducks with no fear and everyone just smiles and waves! Ugh, I would love to go back every year because I just felt so at home there.
We made some beautiful memories that’s for sure and it we were even blessed with snow while we were skiing! Talk about enchanting, our children have never been so happy ever!
I could have never show my husband and In Laws how thankful I am for working so hard for us to able to go one such an amazing vacation!
It meant the world to be able to try something new, travel and spend some much needed time with the ones I love the most. I will be back tomorrow with more photos and details on our amazing trip! I hope enjoyed this post and I hope to see more followers!
Thank you all so much for the uopouring support, I love you all, so much. Also, be sure to follow me on Instagram xxkaseygruenewaldxx

I am freaking out that it is so close to Christmas and we have not purchased any gifts yet! Yes I know, what in the world? December is going by so fast and I will be stress eating until our shopping is done!
This year I want to change up our gift giving and make things more…. realistic! I think children have gotten so spoiled without knowing the value of the money they are expecting us to spend! I mean, if you are financially in the position to do so, heck yeah! But I think it is time to bring my children back to reality and for them to realize that they have an amazing life!
As a child, yes the presents were lame when we were ALWAYS thankful for what we got. We didn’t grow up having everything we wanted and that is okay! It is time that I bring my children back down to earth and help show them that they have a great life and they do not NEED the lavish and expensive gifts on their list….
Help a momma out on thoughtful gift giving ideas other than Pinterest! I am wanting to give them gifts that they will cherish rather than lose interest in them. I am asking for suggestions and ideas to BLOW up my comment section!!!!
Please, I really do love being creative and I am up to any suggestions and ideas. So let’s get the fun started!

I’ll be back soon!

Hey everyone! This is our last day here in New Mexico and I am just so sad to have to go back home. We have a camp and travel trailer at the Red River RV Park and there are so many beautiful ducks that come along for a visit a few times a day. Right behind our trailer is a little stream with clear water (melted snow) running past the sound of the water is so soothing to my soul.
The ride from Brady, Texas to New Mexico was rough ride with two children. We made it to Red River, New Mexico in two days. We had a late start leaving Texas Central Texas at about 8:00 pm with a pit stop for sleep in Amarillo and then back on the road straight here.
The scenery was sooo beautiful, I feel like I am home. I would love nothing more than to live in such a beautiful and simple place. The towns are more like Villages and are so original and stunning!
After regaining our strength overnight we hit the Ski and summer area and let me tell you, we have had so much fun!
I will have a new blog coming very soon as for right now am not near very good wifi (in the mountains) but it will be up early next week! I can NOT wait to share the photos I have taken while I have been here and I am greatful to have been able to come on this vacation!

Hey guys! I leave in 4 days to Red River, New Mexico and I am so lost on what to pack!!!! I have never been in the snow nor the mountains so I am asking for any tips from my followers and viewers!!!
I am from central Texas so we see snow maybe once every 3 years…. and most of the time the whole town is just frozen in a layer of ice and we all know that is NO fun! I know that I have followers from all over the globe so please help me because this southern girl has no idea what to expect!
My amazing husband and in-laws have been getting snow gear but other than snow gear I have no idea what to take. I am tiny (4’9 100lbs) and I am always cold…. the last thing that I want is to be a party pooper so any and I mean ANY tips is very much needed!
Okay when I say I will be freezing cold I am not exaggerating but I would also like to be cute and stylish because I will be sharing my OOTD with you all including all the details. So, if you have not hit that follow button do that now!
Leave some comments below!!! Let’s chat and get to know one another! I will be back real soon! Love you guys!

Hey everyone! I recently decided that my health is good enough to get back into photography! I have spent the past few weeks booking sessions and having a few “firsts” and learning new things. Every session is so much fun and I just can not believe I am living my dream!
I took photos for a very spunky and adorable HS Senior and I am so pleased with how they turned out! This was my first ever Senior session and I hope you enjoy these adorable photos. These are some of my favorite photos from her session and they all turned out just beautiful. Thank you for giving me the opportunity, Mrs. Ulmer.
I had so much fun with these photos and I hope she loves them as much as I do! This session taught me that I CAN do this! I can not give up on myself because I really do believe that I have a future in Photography. Also, I learned how to achieve getting the beautiful Sunset and sky in the background! The more I learn and the harder I work the more confident I feel.
I had my first ever Family session last weekend and I am also very happy with the photos and I learned a LOT as well. I am learning posing and lighting as well as camera settings and angles. Being 4’9 is challenging but thankfully I now have a tripod and stepping stool. Lol
I will share a few photos but due to privacy I do not want to show too many.
I am so thankful for all of the love and support I have been given lately! Thank you all for following my blog and enjoying my journey as a blogger! This blog has changed me so much and I am so thankful for stepping out of my comfort zone.

I will be back very soon. Enjoy your weekend!
