Week 2: 10 week Challenge

Happy Monday everyone! 

Alright it is time to get back to my 10 week Challenge where I find a new topic to try out for a full week and share my experience with you all. After a lot of thinking I am going to go with working out! 

It has been quite a while since my last workout and I am motivated to get back into it! I will put together a workout to do once in the morning and another in the evening followed by eating healthier and drinking more water and drinking my protein shakes! I will be doing this challenge for one week straight and see if I nail it or fail it. 

Keep in my that I do have Interstitial Cystitis so I will not be doing a body ripping workout but rather a good heart pumping and simple body weight workout! 

This could go either way to be honest but I am hopeful that I will get back into the swing of being healthier and happier with myself.
